Ross N. Steinbach

Ross Steinbach represents general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, design professionals, and owners in all aspects of construction law.

Ross draws on a deep and broad knowledge base to serve clients and helps them navigate and resolve disputes involving a wide range of issues, including CSLB licensing, cost escalation claims, scheduling, delay and disruption disputes, and claims for non-payment. Ross is an avid reader and is always staying updated on new developments in construction law. Ross is an active speaker and author on important construction law issues.
