Brian Junginger

Brian Junginger is a highly experienced construction law attorney with a proven track record of success. He has been practicing construction law for nearly 20 years and has represented a wide range of clients, including owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties on large-scale private and public works projects.

Mr. Junginger is known for his timely, accurate, and pragmatic advice. He is also a skilled litigator with a deep understanding of construction law. He has successfully prosecuted and defended actions at trial and arbitration involving a wide range of construction disputes, including breach of contract claims, stop notice claims, liquidated damages claims, payment bond claims, prompt payment claims, false claims, and construction defect claims.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Junginger also has extensive experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts. His unique perspective allows him to focus on the important contractual terms and the routinely litigated clauses, while still maintaining a practical approach that helps to ensure that deals get done.

Mr. Junginger is also an active member of the Association of General Counsel-Legal Advisory Committee, and has authored articles published in Engineering News-Record, Constructor Magazine, California Builder & Engineer, and Industrial Safety & Hygiene News.
