On November 2, 2022 Ali Salamirad and Marilyn Klinger will be speaking at the webinar, Differing Site Conditions: The Big Game of Shifting Risk, hosted by WPL Publishing. The webinar will consist of a 75-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute question-and-answer session.
About the Speakers
Ali Salamirad concentrates his practice in the areas of construction and surety law. Many of the nation’s leading surety companies, general and specialty contractors trust Mr. Salamirad’s guidance and counsel when dealing with the myriad of issues that arise in the construction industry over the past 20 years. Among other matters, Mr. Salamirad was trial counsel for a general contractor and its surety in LT Engineering v. County of San Bernardino where he helped secure a judgment after trial in excess of $7,000,000. In that same case, the Court issued the only reported case on the “measured mile” in California.
Marilyn Klinger is involved in all aspects of construction law on a state and national level. Early in her career, she became a pioneer in construction law, being one of the first women attorneys to practice in the primarily male-dominated field. She has extensive experience in dispute resolution including litigation, trial, appeals, arbitration and mediation.
